This Turbocharger Is Balanced And Ready To Be Used Right Out Of The Packaging. As With Any Turbo Replacement, Engine Oil And Air Filter Must Be Changed, And Air Intake Tubes Leading To The Turbo Must Be Cleaned For A Successful Rebuild. Otherwise, The Turbo Will Fail Shortly After Rebuild Due To Pre-Existing Contaminants Interfering With The Turbo’s ‘Break-In’ Process. Warranties Never Cover Improper Practices.

Core Policy: This turbo includes a $100 core deposit for each unit ordered. This is 100% refundable upon receipt of your old unit(s). Cores must be the exact application that was ordered for full credit. Cores that are physically damaged (cracked, melted, or broken) will not be refunded. There should not be any visible signs of rust, fire damage, water damage, or excessive force on any and all parts. Missing parts, if applicable, will void core refund. Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for full refund. After 30 days, the core will be prorated 25% per month.

Warranty: This item carries a 1-year warranty. All injectors and pumps under warranty will need to be sent in for testing. If there is fuel contamination found, the warranty is void. Improper installation or misapplication of products is not warrantied by Big Dawg Diesel. The warranty is void if any pump or injector has been disassembled or tampered with. Big Dawg Diesel is not liable for any labor reimbursement. Each unit’s warranty will vary depending on the application and the unit itself. Each product description will list the life of the warranty. Return policy: Returns on all items will need to be within 30 days of delivery for full refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 30 days. Returns must be in new condition, not installed, and have original packaging. Please include your original invoice for all returns. Damaged merchandise will not be credited. Warranty Claims;

Oil and filter must be changed at the same time as turbo replacement if not warranty will be void - no exceptions. Proof will be required with any warranty claim save your receipts. Even if you changed your oil and filter last week you will need to change it again with the turbo install. Any attempt to modify upgrade or repair the turbo will void your warranty. Warranty claims will require you to ship the turbo back to us (or factory) for inspection - buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The warranty offered does not include refunds of any kind, and any installed, open box parts are no longer eligible for any type of return or refund of any sort. Warranty does not cover consequential damages, losses, costs or accidents, third-party fees or charges such as installation, labor, towing, etc. These are not covered under this warranty and will not be reimbursed under any claim.
