2003-2007 DODGE 5.9L CUMMINS RACING FUEL RAIL PLUG VALVE
Engineered for serious performance builds, this racing fuel rail plug valve replaces the factory fuel pressure relief valve (FPRV) on your 2003–2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. By eliminating the stock valve's tendency to bleed off fuel pressure under high load, this plug maintains consistent rail pressure for optimal injector performance and power output.
It eliminates potential low fuel rail pressure DTC codes P1093 or P0087 (low fuel rail pressure during power enrichment) that are caused by an insufficient pressure relief valve (PRV) spring pressure. This leads to the valve opening too early which causes excessive amounts of fuel to be returned to the tank.
Ideal for drag racing, sled pulling, or any high-demand application, this plug prevents unwanted fuel defueling caused by pressure drops. CNC-machined from high-grade materials, it's built to handle elevated rail pressures without leaks or failure.
Note: This component is intended for competition use only and may not be legal for use on public highways.
