Big Dawg Diesel ships most items via USPS with larger items, such as turbos and pumps, via UPS/Fed Ex. We currently serve all 50 states and most packages will deliver within 2-3 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping fees may apply for UPS/Fed Ex and please allow additional time for delivery. We do not ship internationally at this time and in the event an international order is placed, Big Dawg Diesel reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. If there is a specific carrier you would like your item shipped through, please leave a note at checkout or give us a call with your order #. Additional fees may apply.
For expedited shipping requests, Big Dawg Diesel asks that you please call to place your order as overnight and next day air shipping rates vary depending on the location and carrier. Big Dawg Diesel is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen incidents with the carrier.
In order to eliminate credit card fraud, the billing address and the shipping address need to match. In the event that they do not, Big Dawg Diesel will call to verify via the supplied telephone number on the order. In the event of no response after 2 business days, Big Dawg Diesel reserves the right to cancel the order.
Orders received after 3:00 PM CST, Monday thru Thursday, will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Friday and any order placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday unless it is a holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday. Big Dawg Diesel diligently works to fulfill all orders throughout the same business day the order is placed. If for some reason you need an item rushed and it is after the cutoff, give us a call and we will do our best to expedite the shipping and get the item out the same day.
Big Dawg Diesel is a distributor for numerous brands and has the capability to drop ship from multiple warehouse locations across the country. Special orders, back ordered products, direct ship items, non-stock, and out of stock items could potentially be shipped from an offsite location to better serve turnaround time.
