Flow Rate: Approximately 200-220cc at 30,000 psi
Fuel Pressure: Typically operates within a range of 5,000 to 26,000 psi
Actuation Method: Piezo-electric
Control Method: Electronic signals from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
Install Specs:
Injector hold down bolt – initial torque- 18 inch-lbs.
Then install the feed line ‘hand tight’.
Then injector hold down final torque: 28 lb-ft.
Then torque feed line nut: 106 inch-lbs.
Then tighten feed line nuts +60 degrees to achieve final torque.
Ensure the injector bore and injector seat are completely clean before installation. Debris/carbon can prevent injectors from sealing correctly which can create leaks or poor running complaints
