This 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Billet Wheel has shown to improve power and performance by roughly 5-7 PSI (boost power), allow for faster spool-up, reduces visible emissions, and eliminates compressor surge. This unit is to be used with stock turbos only, comes pre-balanced, and is a direct drop-in replacement.
