Made from high quality Chromalloy steel, our pins are machined with a duel process that are first rough milled with a precision radius angle cut, heat treated to the 52 Rockwell hardness scale, then a final precision ground radius cut – this process overcomes wear patterns and resulting failure.

Core Policy: This pump includes a $500 core deposit for each pump ordered. This is 100% refundable upon receipt of your old unit(s). Cores must be the exact application that was ordered for full credit. SET THE NEW PUMP SIDE BY SIDE WITH THE CORE TO INSURE YOU GET ALL THE PROPER LINKAGES & SMALL COMPONENTS! Cores that are physically damaged (cracked, melted, or broken) will not be refunded. There should not be any visible signs of rust, fire damage, water damage, or excessive force on any and all parts. Missing parts, if applicable, will void core refund. Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for full refund. After 30 days, the core will be prorated 25% per month.
Shipping cores: Please note that when shipping the old unit(s) back, to drain any oil or fuel from the used item. Wrap in a sturdy plastic bag if needed. All core return costs are paid by the customer. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THE EXACT SAME BOX THE NEW UNIT CAME IN - IT'S PACKING IS FABRICATED FOR THIS PUMP - CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED IN CORE SHIPPING SO PUT PLENTY OF PADDING ON THE PUMP!!!
Return policy: Returns on all items will need to be within 30 days of delivery for full refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be in new condition, not installed, and have original packaging. Please include your original invoice for all returns. Damaged merchandise will not be credited. Packages damaged in return shipping will not be credited. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and are not refundable.
Warranty: This item carries a 1-year warranty. All injectors and pumps under warranty will need to be sent in for testing. If there is fuel contamination found, the warranty is void. Improper installation or misapplication of products is not warrantied by Big Dawg Diesel. The warranty is void if any pump or injector has been disassembled or tampered with. Big Dawg Diesel is not liable for any labor reimbursement. Each unit’s warranty will vary depending on the application and the unit itself.
