Upgrade your emissions and engine protection system with this Baffled Crankcase Ventilation Kit, specifically designed for 2011–2021 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engines. When the oil in the truck heats up condensation occurs. The OEM crankcase vent system (CCV) allows the gas to escape; however, due to stricter emission standards, the gases are now recirculated into a closed system introducing them back into the intake system. The reintroduction of oil vapor can cause dirty / sticky valves, intake sludge, and a reduction of engine power and performance. This kit reroutes harmful crankcase blow-by gases through a baffled aluminum catch system, significantly reducing the oil mist and contaminants that can clog your turbo, EGR, and intake system.
Unlike the factory setup, which vents directly back into the intake tract, this kit uses a high-efficiency baffle to filter and trap oil vapors before they re-enter the airflow. The result: a cleaner combustion system, reduced carbon buildup, longer emissions system life, and better overall engine performance.
