Exhaust Brakes: KC Turbo does not recommend the use of exhaust brakes on their turbochargers as they can hinder performance, cause rubbing of the turbine wheel, and potentially cause other issues. While towing max weight, KC Turbo recommends the use of a pyrometer gauge. Stage 2 turbochargers are built from early model units. Because of this, some years will only use 2 mounting bolts instead of 3.
