Install Specs:
Injector: Pre-torque hold-down bolt to 44 inch-pounds to ensure injector is seated & centered.
Feed tube: Pre-torque to 11 ft.-lbs. to ensure feed tube is seated & centered.
Injector hold-down bolts final install: 71 inch-lbs.
Feed tube final install: 34 ft.-lbs.
Rocker Arm mounting bolts: 27 ft.-lbs.
Wire connector nuts final install: torque to 11 inch-pounds or finger tighten. DO NOT OVER TORQUE!
Feed Line at Feed tube and Fuel Rail Side: Torque at 26 ft.-lbs. (Hold Feed Tube bolt with 24mm while torque)
**Don't forget to pick up your set of Dodge 6.7L Cummins Feed Tubes along with these injectors - Bosch recommends replacing feed tube when replacing all injectors for the best fuel economy and performance - SKU D67TUBE**
