How to check if you own a 03-04.5 Dodge 6.7L Cummins 305HP?
- Check your VIN number. The 8th digit on VIN number is marked with a C
- Check your solenoid - On the top left corner of the solenoid, there will be a three digit number - 032, 103, 114, 208, 238, 505
- Check your nozzle - Clean the injector nozzle enough to where you can see the tiny spray orifices. There should be 5 spray atomizer holes. Use a magnifying glass.

Install Specs:
Injector: Pre-torque hold-down bolt to 44 inch-pounds to ensure injector is seated & centered.
Feed tube: Pre-torque to 11 ft-lbs. to ensure feed tube is seated & centered.
Injector hold-down bolts final install: 89 inch-lbs.
Feed tube final install: 34 ft-lbs.
Rocker Arm mounting bolts: 27 ft-lbs.
Wire connector nuts final install: 13 inch-pounds. DO NOT OVER TORQUE!
Feed tube lines: Torque at 22 ft-lbs.
